Check River Gem dates and direct-booking rates
The Potomac River Yacht Clubs Association publishes Float-In details and registration information on its official website. The 2026 gathering was in Colonial Beach from July 31 through August 2. Check the next event’s location as well as its dates before reserving a house.
Review the organizer’s current program for registration, meeting points, and activities. Make marina and boat arrangements separately from your River Gem reservation.
Bring your group together for breakfast, shared meals, and time off the water. The full kitchen, dining room, living room, and separate sitting room provide a comfortable base for guests attending activities or meeting up with boaters.
A River Gem reservation covers the house, not a marina slip or event registration. Confirm docking, transportation between venues, and boat-trailer needs in advance. Contact your host to review any oversized-vehicle parking request.
Book through River Gem’s own website to check availability, see the full stay total and reservation terms, and communicate directly with your host about the house.
